¹Repairs: The exact coverage window within the range shown is determined by the repair performed and the system type. This applies to labor costs only. If no warranty is stated on your quote or invoice, the upper limit of the range for your property or system type will be applied.

²Manufacturer Parts Only for New Systems: Length of coverage is determined by the manufacturer and equipment type. For example, most residential ducted AC systems come with a 10 year parts only warranty.

³Failures on Newly Replaced Parts: Coverage is determined by the part type and the manufacturer. Most parts have a standard 1 year warranty from the manufacturer for residential environments.

**Additional Notes: Unless specifically stated on your quote or invoice, or the issue is workmanship related, all warranties exclude refrigerant and other consumables required to make the repair.

This chart is a general summary only. Your actual coverage is defined by your original quote and/ or final invoice. For additional terms and conditions specific to your system, please contact us.
