Comfort shouldn’t

cost a fortune

We actually fix AC’s

The vast majority of contractors today push what’s best for their business. They are not concerned about what’s best for you overall.

They may sound like they care with all their fancy marketing language, but the truth is they just want to sell you a new system because it’s the most profitable for them.

Despite what the industry has misled many people to believe, your AC does not need to be replaced an average of every 10 years…and no, that high efficiency system is not going to pay for itself.

Longevity over replacement

We only say you need a new unit when you actually need a new unit.

OUR PROCESS

An HVAC technician's hand holds a digital refrigerant manifold gauge attached to an air conditioning unit. The gauge displays readings for pressure, temperature, and other diagnostics, with multicolored hoses connected to the system.

Our passion for old world craftsmanship drives us to solve problems and to truly know how every aspect of a system functions.

This thirst for understanding doesn’t allow us to guess at what the cause of an issue is. It requires that we dive deep into the mechanical, electrical, and thermal dynamic systems of the equipment so that it can be rigorously tested and a proper solution applied to the underlying cause.

We prioritize repair over replacement

We encourage units to be repaired as long as it makes sense to do so.

All too often, perfectly good units with many potential years of life left on them are replaced simply because a customer was convinced by a contractor that the unit was too old and too expensive to repair.

While it makes sense to replace a system once it has truly reached the end of its life, this is not the case for about 86% of the replacement recommendations that we are asked to give a second opinion on.

These second look systems end up being fixed by us for an average of $515.

These repaired units then go on to operate for many more years with minimal issues.

We actually fix AC’s the right way

Our team members don’t work for commissions. Their only mission is to do what is best for you.

No sales commissions

To put it simply, it’s just not who we are. We will never play the games the rest of the industry has normalized. We value people and honesty more than profit and we always strive to do what is right no matter the cost.

No games, no gimmicks, and definitely no upselling

Our cost to fix units averages about 40% less than the industry standard. This is a savings that we pass on to every single one of our customers making our prices more than fair.

We also don’t charge extra for nights, weekends, holidays, or emergencies. Likewise, don’t vary the price based on what the temperature is outside. We use the same pricing 24/7; 365 days a year. We never engage in situational pricing.

Fair, consistent pricing
