This means we don’t take any shortcuts. Many companies skimp when it comes to replacing the components that hook to your equipment, especially outside.

These items are usually worn out after years of sun damage. They don’t disclose this in their estimates so its something you won’t discover until many months after the installation when your new system is all of sudden not working properly due to a sun damaged wire or failed disconnect.

We provide detailed quotes for every item that we will or will not be replacing based on the necessity of the situation. This way, there are no surprises.

No Shortcuts

New residential system installs include the following warranties:

  • 1 year parts and labor warranty.

  • 2 year warranty on workmanship.

  • 10 year parts warranty for qualified equipment.

Additional warranties for longer terms and refrigerant inclusions are available upon request.

Warranty

Financing is available through Synchrony Financial.

There are many payment options and terms available; including 0% interest and low monthly payments.

All finance fees charged by the bank will be passed onto the customer.
